Salesforce is a powerful sales and marketing tool. It's completely customizable to all staff within an organization, and it can hold millions of records that track every step of the sales process from leads to converted customers to the revenue a customer brings in to the organization. Whether you have just one or thousands of employees, Salesforce has the tools to help analyze your sales teams and understand the profitability and efficiency of your marketing and sales funnels. 

This course starts with an overview of Salesforce and what it has to offer organizations. You start with a basic overview of Salesforce and the main components that track sales. Salesforce has only a few major data objects, but organizations can take advantage of Salesforce's full flexibility and customization options. We show you how to set up your organizations and create user interfaces that make it easy for employees to get started.

Employees must be given access and user accounts before they can access the platform, and this course shows you how to create user accounts and import and export data as needed. These customizations include creating buttons, links and data objects that store and display the data specific to your organization.

Finally, this course explains how to make reports and dashboards. These components let employees, managers and executives review and analyze data relative to sales and marketing. You can use these components to see the success of your marketing campaigns or the effectiveness of your sales team. With Salesforce, you can analyze every aspect of your organization, and it's completely customizable.
