Course Author Robert Kent (AA, BA, MBA) has been a successful project manager for over 20 years, helping several organizations achieve optimal levels of operations by valuing the importance of safety, customer satisfaction, quality, budget, and profit. Mr. Kent holds an AA in Business Administration, a BA in Social Science and Economics, and an MBA in Project Management. He is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Federal Business Continuity Practitioner (FCP) with over 40 hours of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK). For the last 6 years, Mr. Kent has been a freelancer involved in business management, healthcare, Six Sigma and education. He has also developed training manuals for Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certifications as well as developed multiple courses for Six Sigma, KAIZEN, DFSS, Project Management, and lean Six Sigma Tools.

Course Instructor John Chouinard (BA Business and Finance) has over 30 years of experience managing, consulting, and brokering in the insurance and financial services industries and has obtained N.A.S.D. Series 7 Securities License as well as Life and Health Insurance Licenses. He has taught several classes at the college level involving insurance, finance and securities. In his recent retirement, he spends his time between volunteering at charities and sharing with students his knowledge and passion for investing, personal finance, estate planning, and business management.
